Ingredients
- 3 T canola oil
- 2 onions, diced small
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 2 lbs ground turkey thigh
- ½ t poultry seasoning
- 1 t salt
- ½ t freshly ground pepper
- 8 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 cup Traina Sriracha Ketchup
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat canola oil in a heated skillet.

When hot, add onions and sauté until just translucent.

Add green peppers and garlic.

Sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add ground turkey and cook until just browned. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
