Crostini with California Sun Dried Tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice baguettes into 18 equal pieces.
  3. Combine in a small bowl, mayonnaise, parmesan, onion, garlic, pepper and basil.
  4. Spread mixture evenly on to crostini.
  5. Bake or 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and top with tomato.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and parsley (optional).
  8. Serve warm.  Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • ¼ C Ground Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. dried minced garlic, or granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp. granulated onion, or onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried basil
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 jar California Sun Dried Tomato in oil, Halves, sliced in ½ again
