Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice baguettes into 18 equal pieces.
- Combine in a small bowl, mayonnaise, parmesan, onion, garlic, pepper and basil.
- Spread mixture evenly on to crostini.
- Bake or 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with tomato.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and parsley (optional).
- Serve warm. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
- ½ C mayonnaise
- ¼ C Ground Parmesan
- 1 tsp. dried minced garlic, or granulated garlic
- ½ tsp. granulated onion, or onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh or dried basil
- 1 baguette
- 1 jar California Sun Dried Tomato in oil, Halves, sliced in ½ again
