Preparation
- In a small microwave-safe bowl or large mug, whisk together the milk, egg, and brown sugar. Stir in the bread, vanilla, salt, and spices. Fold in the fruitons®. Allow to sit for 5 mi nutes to allow the bread to soak up the custard.
- Microwave the bread pudding on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Check for doneness. If liquid egg is still visible or a knife inserted into the center does not come out clean, use 30 second intervals until the pudding is fully cooked. It should take between 2 minutes and 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and allow to cool before eating. Top with chocolate sauce or whipped cream
